Topic: iOS App Development and the Future of Mobile Computing
In the past few years, iPhone and iPad development have become extremely popular all over the world. We are entering the post-PC era with mobile computing surpassing the desktop. In this session, the speaker will introduce the upcoming iOS 5 and iCloud development, and share his experiences from Apple's WWDC (World Wide Developer Conference) 2011. Trends and business opportunities within mobile computing in the coming year will be also discussed.

Speaker: Anson Li
Anson is an independent iOS developer residing in Regina, Saskatchewan. He has been developing and selling apps on Apple's App Store for over 3 years. iNotes for iPad was his first productivity tool and was designed specifically for the iPad. It was ranked top 2 in the Taiwan App Store during its promotion. Another one of his apps, Fotoboard for iPhone, was ranked top 10 in the photography category in the U.S App Store. Anson enjoys sharing with others his experiences developing and selling mobile apps.
